Joy Ndegwa, CPA
Founder & Principal CFO

Joy Ndegwa is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and seasoned financial strategist with over 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, and business operations. She is the founder of Bull Business Advisory and leads each engagement with clarity, care, and a deep commitment to client success.

Her background includes serving as CFO for a private school, where she oversaw financial operations spanning more than $23 million in managed budgets, including operating funds, capital campaigns, and endowment resources. She has supervised finance teams, managed HR and compliance, presented to boards, and implemented systems that saved time, reduced errors, and increased transparency.

Joy has advised service-based companies, mission-driven organizations, and entrepreneurs across sectors. Her strength lies in her ability to simplify the complex, bring stability to times of change, and tailor solutions to fit each client’s unique goals.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration (Accounting concentration), a Master of Business Administration (Finance concentration), and is a licensed CPA.
